Customer-Success-Manager / Partner-Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as „Customer-Success-Manager / Partner-Manager (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As Customer-Success-Manager / Partner-Manager (m/w/d), you will manage a fixed portfolio of existing B2B partners from the financial sector
• You will strengthen the development and maintenance of cooperations and long-term partnerships with institutions, brokers, issuers, and asset managers
• You will steer and optimize campaigns for certificates, ETFs, and other financial products and take on a central marketing role
• You will ensure as a connecting interface between marketing, sales, and product that the information and workflow flow smoothly
• In addition, you will develop existing cooperations continuously further with impressive performance reports, structured partner feedback, and the identification of new potential

Qualification

• You bring an education or degree in marketing, media, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in campaign management, media sales, or cooperation with B2B partners, e.g., as partner manager (m/w/d) or customer success manager (m/w/d)
• You have an interest in the financial market, capital market, trading, and stock exchange environment and ideally already have personal trading experience
• In addition, you work structured, self-initiated, and possess excellent communication and team skills
• Very good German language skills complete your profile
