Affairs

• Onboarding & Support: You accompany our customers during the setup and initial use of CloseAI.
• Check-in Calls: You conduct regular calls with our users to check the current status, clarify questions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Feedback Management: You collect insights from practice (e.g., on GPT recommendations or CRM exports) and feed them directly back into our product team.
• Success Content: You support in creating case studies and onboarding webinars.

• The ability to follow existing processes
• Fast comprehension and high discipline
• Strong communicative skills and a large empathetic sense
• Good handling of performance pressure
• Outstanding team capability
• Clean and error-free written expression in German
