Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

Rhomberg Sersa Vossloh GmbH, a joint venture of two international major companies, specializes in maintenance management and digitalization of rail networks. Our Software MRpro is used worldwide as an expert- and asset-management system for the economic maintenance of railway tracks. The BahnWege-Seminare® are a springboard for careers in the most environmentally friendly mobility system in the world.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated employee who will support our customers in using our software optimally.

Tasks

• BUILDING and MAINTAINING long-term customer relationships in the railway infrastructure sector
• PROACTIVE identification of opportunities to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty
• COUNSELING and SUPPORTING customers in implementing and using our asset management software
• ANALYZING usage patterns and deriving recommendations for customers
• TIGHT collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Development to bring customer feedback into the further development of our solution

Qualification

• COMPLETED STUDY in the field of Business Administration, Engineering, Transportation, Computer Science or comparable qualification
• EXPERIENCE in Customer Success, Account Management or Consulting, ideally in the software or infrastructure sector
• KNOWLEDGE of Asset Management or railway infrastructure is a plus
• OUTSTANDING communication skills
• ANALYTICAL thinking, problem-solving ability and customer orientation
• VERY GOOD German and English language skills
