Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) KI-Plattform/Beratungskunden

You work closely with our B2B customers to bring KI platforms to life – with real impact. In this role, you combine tech understanding with consulting and process thinking. You will be the central point of contact for our customers and ensure that their platforms are scalable, well-thought-out, and ready for use. Sounds like your thing? Read on!

Aufgaben

1. Onboarding & Plattformaufbau (DoneWithYou & DoneForYou)

• You lead structured onboarding processes with customers through
• You analyze business models, frameworks, and existing content (e.g., courses, PDFs, processes)
• You translate this knowledge into well-thought-out KI platform architectures (White-Label)
• You define structures for sales, marketing & delivery together with the customer
• You set platforms operationally in motion – until handover to the customer

2. KI-Prompting & Architektur (strategisch & reviewend)

• You design role prompts, system prompts, and use-case prompts
• You develop reusable prompt standards and release them
• You check and steer the work of student assistants in prompting

3. Enablement & Time-to-Value

• You lead training sessions, enablement calls, and demos through
• You advise on optimal platform use in everyday life
• You recognize hurdles in usage early – and actively steer against them

4. Strategische Kundenbetreuung

• You accompany existing customers with regular strategy & status meetings
• You recognize churn risks early based on usage & engagement
• You accompany new releases, add-ons, and extensions actively

5. Schnittstelle zu Produkt, Marketing & Sales

• You pass structured customer feedback to product development forward
• You support sales & marketing with complex use cases and landmark projects (e.g., case studies, showcases, testimonials)

6. Prozesse, CRM & Automatisierung (HubSpot)

• You maintain and improve customer success processes in CRM
• You work on playbooks, automations, & lifecycle workflows

7. Technischer Support (Level 2–3)

• You handle complex support or architecture questions
• You are the escalation point for technical CS issues

Qualifikation

What you should bring with you

• Experience in customer success or working with SaaS/platform customers
• Structured, proactive, and communication-strong work style
• Tech understanding, especially around KI, automation, and platform architectures
• Ideal experience with prompt engineering, RAG, or KI tools
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and digital CS processes
• Pleasure in customer contact, strategic thinking, and operational implementation
