Tasks

• You help daily via video call & email our e-commerce entrepreneurs to onboard with our software.
• Satisfaction of high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.
• Identification of recurring problems and improvement of our solutions.
• Closely working together with the Customer Support Team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification

• High self-motivation and result-oriented (SMART Goals).
• Experiences in using DATEV (mandatory requirement).
• Interest in digitalizing the accounting industry.
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style.
• Open to feedback, digital work, and remote-first.
• Fluent in German and English.
