Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

With it, we support companies on their path to data-driven human resource management. By combining statistics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence with innovative web applications, we are revolutionizing the way HR decisions are made in companies. Our customers include renowned companies of various industries and sizes.

To support our team, we are looking for reinforcement as soon as possible as

CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (M/F/D) in Part-time/Full-time (min. 32h/week)

Together with our customers, ensure that their survey projects are successfully implemented, and accompany them as a competent contact person from implementation to long-term use of our platform.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:

Project Management

• You are the central point of contact for our customers and build long-term, trusting customer relationships

• You support both software implementation and support processes during ongoing operation

• You structure and coordinate projects, define milestones together with our customers, and keep an eye on on-time completion.

• You keep an eye on the economic perspective in addition to customer success, pay attention to the agreed scope of services, and recognize potential for additional services and upselling at an early stage.

Technical Support

• You are a professional sparring partner for our customers on organizational psychology topics and advise them on questionnaire creation, survey design, and data processes.

• You design and moderate webinars, workshops, and training sessions and continuously develop our customer enablement.

Requirements Management

• You structure and prioritize customer requirements and translate them into concrete requirements for our software and services.

• You ensure that requirements, decisions, and next steps are clearly documented and comprehensible.

• You critically test new developments and customer-specific setups, ensure their quality, and bring improvement potential directly into the team.

THIS IS HOW YOU CONVINCE US:

• You have experience in project management and can keep an overview even in large, complex projects

• You have a completed university degree, ideally in Work and Organizational Psychology, Social Research, Sociology, or a comparable field.

• You bring at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the B2B software and HR tech environment.

• You work analytically, systematically, and independently.

• You communicate confidently and persuasively in German and English.

• Ideally, you are already familiar with the people analytics or employee survey area or are eager to quickly and deeply immerse yourself in these topics.
