Aufgaben

• You are the central point of contact for our existing customers and accompany them proactively from onboarding to implementation and successful use of our product.
• You agree on goals, KPIs, and use cases with customers and ensure sustainable usage and adoption of the platform.
• You translate customer requirements into concrete technical and process applications.
• You play a key role in customer binding and bring your professional expertise to bear precisely.
• As a link between our customers and internal teams, you provide valuable feedback and ensure that technical and contractual issues are quickly and efficiently resolved.
• By identifying opportunities and risks, you increase customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's success.

Qualifikation

• You have studied economics, mechanical engineering, computer science or an alternative training with further education as a mechanical engineer, precision mechanic master and/or business administrator.
• You have experience with cost-engineering tools, component calculations, sourcing processes, or PLM systems.
• You ideally have knowledge of the SAP-MM module (procurement).
• You possess very good communication and moderation skills.
• You work structured, solution-oriented, and self-responsible.
• You communicate very well in German and English.
