Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

Desch Digital is since six years exclusively specialized on tax consulting firms. We help firm owners and partners to digitalize their processes, win new clients, and relieve their employees.

Our program combines 1:1 counseling, a proprietary training platform, and close community support. We are a small but powerful team in Hamburg that ensures the redefinition of tax consulting every day.

Aufgaben

• You accompany our partner firms in regular update calls and are their first point of contact for all questions.
• You help not only with planning, but also with implementing the measures discussed.
• You advise comprehensively on topics such as digitalization, positioning, and internal processes at tax consulting firms.
• You prepare appointments carefully before and after and ensure that nothing is left behind.
• You actively bring yourself into the further development of our advisory services.

Qualifikation

• Training as a tax consultant or comparable training
• Alternatively: Extensive experience in processes and procedures at tax consulting firms
• Clear communication to convey technical solutions
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Independent and structured working style
• Very good German language skills
• Desirable: Professional experience in a tax consulting firm or advising tax consulting firms
