With our online reception, we are already helping over 600 practices, medical care centers (MVZ), and clinics throughout Germany to relieve their employees and be better available to patients. Over 3,000,000 patients are managed through our solution, and about 50-100 new facilities are added every month.

Your Tasks

You will support practices, medical care centers (MVZ), and clinics in optimally utilizing our online reception in their daily work.

• Support with questions in daily operations

• Step-by-step optimization of the system together with the customers

• Logging feedback and requests for the development team

You will work closely with practice teams. Diligence and reliability are essential.

Your Profile

Career changers are welcome – you don't need to come from the medical field or be a tech professional.

• Enthusiasm for technology and confident use of computers and common tools

• Strong sociability and enjoyment of customer contact

• Good self-organization, diligence, and conscientiousness

• Teamwork skills as well as an independent, solution-oriented way of working

Your First Months at 321 MED

In the first few weeks, you will familiarize yourself intensively with our online reception and our processes. You will take over the independent support of initial customers and accompany practices and clinics in their daily use within the team in Regensburg.
