Customer Success Manager with Paid Social Media Buyer / Social Media Marketing Experience (m/f/d) remote

Our software is the bridge between data-driven performance marketing and innovative creative teams. It enables performance marketers and creative designers to collaborate optimally and create more successful advertisements through AI analysis.

We work with some of the biggest eCommerce brands and marketing agencies, such as Holy, yfood, ahead, Rosental, Pammys, Beilmann, Perspective, and many more.

We are a small, fully remote team. Our founders bring complementary expertise: Max leads the commercial side, while our Daniel (ex Hubspot) leads the technical side. The team is complemented by a tech person and a customer care person with a similar profile.

Responsibilities

• Customer Success & Consulting: Support and further develop our eCom & agency customers. You will analyze existing setups, identify optimization potentials, and help integrate DatAds more effectively into their daily processes.
• Customer Support: Conduct regular calls with customers, provide support via Slack, and actively assist with strategic questions regarding their creatives & campaigns.
• Upselling & Reactivation: Identify growth opportunities with existing customers and proactively reach out to inactive or previous leads through our CRM.
• Communication & Content: Create texts, emails, and short updates for customer retention, success communication, and support for sales activities.
• Collaboration & Initiative: Close coordination with the two founders Max and Daniel, contributing your own ideas, and continuously improving our internal processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in performance ads (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok) – both in operational campaign management and strategic development.
• Ideally, experience in an agency or as a freelancer – you know the dynamics, responsibility, and initiative that comes with it.
• Hands-on mentality – you get things done rather than just analyzing, and you find pragmatic solutions.
• Growth Mindset & Self-motivation: You want to see results, take responsibility, and build something.
• Confident, likeable demeanor in customer communication – both written and in video calls.
• Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken.
