Customer Success Manager (f/d/m)

Full Time Lead

Job description

We are the first digital all-in-one payment solution for care facilities in Germany.

We digitize all cash processes in facilities of child and youth welfare, integration assistance, old-age assistance, and homelessness assistance.

Educational staff can use the Parto VISA cards to make all necessary purchases for clients as well as for service provision securely and comprehensively through our Software-as-a-Service Platform. This relieves not only educational teams but also administration and accounting significantly.

๐Ÿš€ We are a FinTech with real impact. Supported by top-notch, globally leading investors like Heal Capital from Berlin, Motive Partners from New York, and Shapers from Lisbon as well as renowned business angels, we develop the first financial solution that transforms payment and financial processes in social welfare sustainably. We want to become the most relevant digital bank in the Health- & Welfare Space. Join a team that creates real added value.

Aufgaben

You are a implementer with strategic vision and high customer orientation. Complex organizations don't intimidate you โ€“ they motivate you. You want to take responsibility, have direct customer contact, and achieve real impact while playing a central role in the scaling of a FinTech startup. You have already successfully worked on introducing complex software solutions โ€“ ideally in IT consulting or at a Software-as-a-Service provider. You understand how to accompany customers throughout the entire lifecycle: from requirement analysis over solution design and implementation to training, activation, and sustainable use.

Qualifikation

Must-haves

  • 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or SaaS environment
  • Experience in software introduction together with customers โ€“ from requirement gathering over configuration/implementation to go-live
  • Understanding of end-to-end processes and the ability to optimize these together with customers
  • Excellent project management: structured, forward-thinking, reliable, and independent
  • Strong communication and moderation skills โ€“ you lead workshops, facilitate decisions, and guide stakeholders safely through the process
  • High ownership & hands-on mentality โ€“ you want to shape rather than manage and act decisively
  • Travel readiness for on-site workshops within Germany

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of structures in the social welfare sector or care field
  • Familiarity with relevant industry solutions like Connext Vivendi, CGM, or Medifox DAN
  • Techical basic understanding for APIs, interfaces, Active Directory (SSO), and process automation
  • Experience in FinTech environment, payment processing, or with ERP/ accounting processes
  • Experience in change management in complex environments (e.g., public authorities, social welfare, healthcare)

Benefits

You work with one of the talented FinTech teams in Germany to create a completely new category of software solutions for social welfare โ€“ and thus actively shape the necessary changes in care. Your personal development and growth are at the top of our agenda. We create an ambitious, empathetic, and supportive culture where you can grow and thrive:

  • You receive a fair salary and even the option to participate in the company's success through virtual shares
  • A flexible hybrid work model that gives you the freedom to work from our offices in Hamburg or Berlin, from home, or remotely
  • A dynamic environment with ambitious and international colleagues from across Europe

We rely on small, strong teams and grow consciously. If you want to be part of something truly special, this is your chance.
