Customer Success Manager (Dutch Market)
Job description
As Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in onboarding our partners, where you will introduce them to our vision of bringing the beauty industry fully online.
Our salon partners are essential for achieving our mission: creating the perfect hair and beauty experience. To succeed, we support them in adopting our tools, encouraging customers to book online, and providing an exceptional experience to all Treatwell customers, so they come back again and again.
With your drive to inspire, educate, and digitalize partners, you will work closely with salons from the start, including onboarding and fully adopting our salon software, as well as maintaining and strengthening a long-term partnership. You advise and optimize their processes for sustained success.
