Customer Success Manager (B2C) (m/w/d) | 100% remote

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (B2C) who independently manages a fixed customer portfolio of over 2,000+ customers.

You will be the central point of contact and ensure that our customers receive optimal support, solutions, and a consistently positive experience with our service and products.

Tasks

• Management of a fixed customer portfolio (B2C)
• Support in legal matters (no legal advice required)
• Identification and solution of problems
• Proactive guidance and support for our customers
• Counseling on suitable solutions and services
• Tight cooperation with our Legal- and Backoffice-Team

Qualification

• Strong communication skills (clear, calm, solution-oriented)
• Independence and entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience in dealing with customers (support, sales or customer success)
• Able to remain sovereign even in difficult situations
• Ziel-oriented work with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
