Aufgaben

You will be our second Customer Success Manager and work directly with Michi, together owning parts of our current customer base and building structures in Customer Success.

You will take over a customer portfolio under your own responsibility, with direct customer contact at the decision-maker level and the space to shape things independently - as well as direct impact on our product roadmap.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Onboarding & Einführung: You will accompany new customers through the onboarding phase with project planning, training, and consulting to achieve the goal of quickly getting users, mostly from administration, into active use.
• Kundenbeziehungen & Renewals: You will build strategic relationships with your accounts and work primarily with CEOs and procurement officers from mid-sized construction companies. You recognize early risks, proactively engage in conversations, and negotiate contract renewals independently.
• Compliance- und Prozessberatung: You understand our product in depth and can help customers improve their subcontractor compliance processes concretely. You will become an expert on a topic that is gaining more relevance in the industry!
• Produkt & Prozesse: You are the voice of our customers in the team. Your feedback shapes our product directly. Furthermore, you work independently on internal process improvements and react to changing requirements in our rapidly growing environment.

Qualifikation

Must-have:

• 1–3 years of experience in a CSM-, Account-Management- or consulting-related role in the B2B field
• You have already managed customer portfolios independently and know how to win over decision-makers and users.
• Proactive working style and the ability to take initiative independently.
• Pleasure in working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent German on a native speaker level

Nice to have:

• Experience with contract renewals or renewals
• Tangential experience with the construction industry, the German Mittelstand, or compliance topics
• Experience working in a SAAS environment
• Start: As of now
