As a Customer Success Lead at KPay, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer success managers to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling our products and services. You will also work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, product development and operations to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the organization. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction; • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners and internal teams; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling; • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
