Tasks

In these areas, you'll be working on:

• Onboardings accompany: You support our CS team in successfully onboarding new customers.
• Schulungsunterlagen create: You help develop tutorials, FAQs, and learning materials for our customers.
• Customer feedback analyze: You collect and structure feedback from conversations and surveys and prepare it for the team.
• Customer Journey analyze: You support in analyzing user data and identifying optimization potential.
• Daily business support: You're a reliable support in daily operations – fast, practical, and reliable.
• Serve as an interface: You work closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams and gain insight into all relevant areas.

Qualification

You ideally bring:

• You're studying in the fields of Business Administration, Communication, (Economic) Informatics, or a similar field – or have equivalent training.
• You communicate clearly and friendly – in German (C2) and English (B2).
• You enjoy working with people and solving problems.
• You work structured and independently, even when multiple tasks are running simultaneously.
• You have a basic understanding of software and digital products.
• First experiences in customer contact or in a startup are a plus – not a must.
