Customer Success - Intern

Location: Indore, India About the Role We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Intern to join our growing team. You will be responsible for supporting clients and recruiter partners, ensuring they have a smooth experience using our platform. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to client servicing, relationship management, and platform support within the recruitment ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for clients and recruiter partners, providing timely and effective support through various channels (phone, email, chat). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise. Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide accurate and helpful guidance to clients. Identify and escalate potential issues to the relevant teams in a timely manner.
