Customer Success (CS) – Tur.com

We are looking for a dedicated and oriented professional for Customer Success (CS), who will play a fundamental role in implementing and ensuring the continuous success of Tour Operators on the Marketplace of Tours, Activities and Attractions at tur.com in Brazil. > www.tur.com The CS will be responsible for guiding new Vendors in using our platform effectively, ensuring their satisfaction, growth, and loyalty. It will act as a bridge between the Product, Sales, and Support teams, contributing to the development of our business and customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in Customer Success or similar roles, with a strong understanding of the tourism industry and its trends. He/She must be able to work independently, think strategically, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, he/she should be proficient in using digital tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and project management tools. The CS will also be responsible for identifying and prioritizing opportunities for growth and improvement within the Marketplace, working closely with the Product team to develop new features and functionalities that meet the needs of our Vendors and customers. He/She must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records and reports. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
