• facilitates the added value for the customer through the use of Simplifier
• creates solution concepts and presentations to convince potential customers and partners of Simplifier
• helps our customers and partners on their entire journey to successfully implement Simplifier
• takes over overall responsibility for our customers and partners after contract signing and further cooperation
• advises and supports our customers in using Simplifier to drive the digitalization of their own company
• works in a flexible work mode and is available on site at the customer's location as needed

Tasks

What you do:

• You take over responsibility for ensuring that our customers and partners successfully, sustainably, and with measurable business added value use the Simplifier platform.
• You conceptualize, develop, and optimize apps and prototypes based on the Simplifier platform – from idea to productive use.
• You analyze technical requirements, translate them into technical solution concepts, and implement them together with the customer.
• You support customers and partners in technical questions, architecture decisions, and best practices for app design, integration, and scaling.
• You accompany customers during the introduction of new apps, training, enablement measures, and building their own development competence.
• If needed, you support the team in technical and operational consulting, e.g., on performance issues, integrations, security questions, or architecture reviews.
• You support customer support.

Qualification

What you bring:

• The mindset and motivation to be a technical consultant in a customer-facing environment – with joy in consulting and implementation.
• Multiple years of experience as a developer, solution architect, or consultant, ideally in the UI5 – low-code -, web-, or enterprise-environment.
• A very good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate technical requirements into solutions.
• Experience in developing applications, e.g., with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with SAP and initial experience with SAP processes are desirable.
• Ideal knowledge of system integrations, e.g., (e.g. ERP, databases, REST APIs, and other web services).
• You can easily put yourself in customers' shoes, communicate clearly on eye level, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking.
• A willingness to support customers on site as needed.
• A self-responsible, structured work style and pleasure in actively shaping solutions.
