The Interview process will be conducted in the following 4 stages: 1. Resume review 2. At Home Assessment 3. Interview 4. HR discussion

- Sign 3 LOIs a week, 36 in total.
- Create 1 video per day.
Competencies Required:
- Willing to work US hours.
- Ability to record and publish reels quickly.
- Effective Communicator.
- A proven salesperson with the ability to handle objections and empathize with customers effectively.
- Be comfortable with the freedom to start something and take responsibility for achieving outcomes.
- Understanding of the US homebuying process.
