Customer Success Architect Location: Mexico City (Hybrid) About the Role We are looking for a Success Architect to lead strategic client value realization for our top enterprise customers across North America and globally. As the senior-most post-sales advisor, you will partner with C-level stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that drive retention, growth, and long-term success. Success Architects play a pivotal role in supporting our client's most critical customers. You will provide exceptional customer experiences by developing tailored strategies for each account, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and retention. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customized plans that drive business outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in building strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring seamless onboarding, and delivering high-value solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in a similar role or related field; Proven track record of driving client value realization through strategic planning and execution; Strong understanding of the enterprise software industry and its key players; Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; Experience working with C-level stakeholders; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
