Customer / Solution Support (m/w/d)

DIA Connecting Software develops shop platforms and software solutions for manufacturers and wholesalers of technical products. Our systems support B2B trade processes, article data, orders, and EDI connections in daily operation.

We are looking for reinforcement for our team at our location in Schortens. You will be the technical contact point for our customers and set up and maintain our shop and interface systems.

Aufgaben

• Point of contact for existing and new customers regarding technical inquiries
• Taking requirements, interpreting them, and deriving implementable solutions from them
• First- and Second-Level-Support for our shop and platform software
• Setting up and maintaining shops, product data, and interfaces
• Aiding migrations, upgrades, and system setups
• Error analysis, technical documentation, and handover to the development team
• Counseling on integrations like ERP and EDI connections

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Techincal understanding of web systems, interfaces, and databases
• Able to explain technical matters in a clear and concise manner and take customer requirements structuredly
• Structured, self-responsible working style
• Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking

Advantage:

• Experience in B2B E-commerce or with ERP interfaces
• Experience with ticket systems (e.g. Atlassian)
• Fundamental knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, or SQL
