We are looking for a customer service superstar! Become a key part of our team working closely with our supply customers. You will be involved in residential projects and the wide range of applications glass can be used for! Working hours are from 8.00am - 4.30pm
What will you be doing?
Data entry - creating and maintaining customer orders, sales quotes and invoicing
Handle customer and sales enquiries received via phone and email
Proactively contact supply customers
Manage customer related knowledge to keep customers up to date with products and service capabilities
Apply critical thinking to ensure first-call resolution for customer enquiries
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Experience in the construction or glass/manufacturing industry is a plus but not necessary, training will be provided
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong data entry speed and accuracy
Effective time management and the ability to multi-task
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people
Proactive self-starter who is positive, energetic and motivated to deliver outstanding customer experience
