Customer Service/Despatch

Our client based in Coburg is seeking a reliable and adaptable individual for a dual Dispatch and Customer Service role. This role involves direct interaction with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders and is suited to someone who thrives under pressure and has a strong attention to detail. This is an ongoing casual position with a strong potential for full-time employment for the right candidate. Working: Monday to Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm Payrate: $37.12 Key Responsibilities: Serve drivers and customers in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate records and reports. Key Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent required.
