Job description
For international organisation in Gdańs, we are currently recruiting for the Customer Service Specialist with German.
Location: Gdańsk (onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring.
- Answer customer's calls and emails within guideline.
- Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database.
- Be a first point of contact to resolve customer problems using all available resources.
We are looking for:
- Very good knowledge of English (B2) and fluent in German (C1).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work fully on-site.
