Customer Service with German (Gdańsk)

For international organisation in Gdańs, we are currently recruiting for the Customer Service Specialist with German.

Location: Gdańsk (onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring.
• Answer customer's calls and emails within guideline.
• Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database.
• Be a first point of contact to resolve customer problems using all available resources.

We are looking for:

• Very good knowledge of English (B2) and fluent in German (C1).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work fully on-site.
