Ter uitbreiding van onze afdeling Customer Service te Herentals, Zavelheide 2 zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een enthousiaste, dynamische bediende orderingave. We verwachten dat je bestellingen verwerkt en opvolgt teneinde deze correct, tijdig en efficiënt bij de klant te krijgen. Wat ga je doen? Je beantwoordt de vragen van klanten m.b.t. orderstatus, levertermijnen, technische specificaties, etc. Je verwerkt binnenkomende bestellingen (per mail, telefoon) tot orders in functie van de gevraagde informatie en geeft hierbij een goede service aan de klant. Je bent bereid om flexibel te zijn en omgaan met drukke periodes.
