Customer Service Technician Space Salzburg (m/f/div.)
Job description
- You will care for our brands Buderus and Bosch in the space Salzburg City and ensure professional and sustainable customer service for our heating systems.
- Your workday begins and ends at your doorstep with a high-quality company vehicle and modern IT equipment.
- You are part of a qualified team and receive professional training to gain a deep insight into our product range (including heat pumps and gas boilers). With ongoing further education and certifications (e.g. training for refrigeration and climate technology), you will be a pioneer in the HKLS industry.
- You will perform self-contained and thorough maintenance work, commissioning or repairs, find, analyze, and fix faults, and thus play a significant role in sustainability and customer satisfaction.
- In close customer contact, you advise on optimal setting of devices for personal needs and support reducing heating costs.
- Additionally, you benefit from the high quality of our support and information network in the background and have all current technical documentation and documents readily available.
