As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be an integral part of our store operations. You will greet and assist customers, process transactions accurately, and maintain the presentation of the store. Your role will extend to operating a forklift to assist with stock management and customer orders, ensuring safety standards are always met. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills and grow your career within Bunnings. What you’ll be doing: * Providing exceptional customer service, offering assistance and product knowledge to customers. * Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move stock, replenish shelves, and assist customers with loading purchases. * Maintaining stock levels, organizing the warehouse/stockroom, and ensuring the store is well-presented. * Processing customer transactions accurately at the point of sale. * Participating in stocktake activities and contributing to inventory management. * Adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures. * Collaborating with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. What we’re looking for: * Proven experience in a customer service role. * A valid Forklift Operator licence. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. * Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving stock. * Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
