Customer Service Supervisor

A Brief Summary of This Position: The Customer Service Representative analyzes customer requirements and organizes the Company's efforts to meet them in ways that maximize both customer satisfaction and profit. The basic function includes responsibility for order tracking from point of manufacturing release to delivery, delivery notification and information, and daily communication with external customers, as well as Valmont representatives up and down the organization, including manufacturing, production, and logistics teams. This role is responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner, while also maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
