Job description
Bike Club is a subscription service for high-quality children's bicycles: The bicycle is simply exchanged for a larger model as the child grows. This creates a resource-saving circular economy.
With over 80,000 bicycles, we are worldwide the second-largest bike rental network and the largest for children's bicycles. Our original market is the UK, but we are now also represented in Germany and Austria.
About your role:
Bike Club puts our members at the center of our actions, and our customer service team is crucial to making this happen. As a Customer Service Specialist, you ensure that our community remains satisfied by offering an outstanding service via email, phone, and social media.
Your working day can include everything – from supporting parents in selecting the right bicycle to clarifying questions about deliveries, payments, or bike problems. No two days are alike, and we love that.
As we are an international team, we often communicate internally in English. Please share your CV in English.
