Customer Service Specialist with German Language (Gdańsk)

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our international client.

Location: Gdańsk

Main responsibilities:

• Responding to all customer inquiries.
• Taking phone calls and maintaining contact with customers via email.
• Maintaining the accuracy and security of data in the database.
• Serving as the first point of contact and resolving problems using all available resources.

We expect:

• Good knowledge of English (B2) and fluency in German (C1).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Ms Office package.
• A strong focus on customer service.
• The ability to work a full-time schedule.
