Customer Service Specialist with Dutch @ Verita HR

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to provide professional support to customers and help ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle various inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good command of English (B2 or higher) Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar client-facing role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
