Job Description


Are you a true multitasker with a passion for customer contact and logistics? Then we have the challenge for you! For a dynamic and growing organization, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist who likes to make a difference.

In this role, you will be the point of contact for customers and ensure smooth processing of their transport orders.
Your task package includes:
Making and following up on transport orders, both commercially and administratively.
Correct communication with customers via phone and email about loading and unloading agreements.
Booking orders, looking up prices, and communicating these to customers.
Creating complaint files and forwarding information to accounting.
Entering all data accurately in the TMS system and clear transfer to dispatching.

You have at least a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience in a similar function.
Knowledge of the national and international road network is a plus.
You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
You are proactive, customer-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Offer Offer :
