Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and support in the supply chain industry. Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and any issues. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to address customer concerns and resolve any problems. Ensure that all interactions with customers are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
