Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d)
Job description
In this international function, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and process customer inquiries and orders for Western Europe countries, primarily Italy. You will receive customer inquiries (by phone or email), create corresponding offers, summarize these with the customer, and process resulting customer orders. This includes clarifications regarding technology, delivery dates, payment, and export modalities. The tasks also involve processing orders and handling any issues that may arise.
