Your tasks - You will be the first point of contact for our clients and suppliers by phone and email. - You create offers, process orders, and take over all related administrative steps (invoicing, ordering, accounting control). - You maintain our data carefully and support the Sales Team in their daily business. Your profile - Completed commercial education (technical knowledge is not required). - Experience in administration and order processing. - Very good German and English skills, French is a plus. - Secure handling of MS Office. - Structured, independent working style with high self-responsibility. - Customer-oriented, solution-oriented, motivated, and flexible.
