Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for candidates with a disability statement, on behalf of our client, as part of vocational activation, for the position of Customer Service Specialist.

Your tasks:

Registering orders for products and services using dedicated applications.
Providing customers with information about orders, making changes to them, and supporting them in terms of product offer support.
Active sales and upselling of services and products.
Ensuring high-quality customer service and resolving questions in the first contact.
Using available CRM tools (Outlook, Salesforce) for communication and managing customer data.
Increasing company turnover through identifying sales opportunities.
Monitoring and reporting irregularities in the customer service process.



Requirements:

A current disability statement
Experience in the customer service or sales department.
Knowledge of Polish grammar and orthography rules.
Sales skills and a pro-client attitude.
Very good self-organization work habits.
Ability to work with CRM systems and customer service applications
