Job description
Daily activities of the position:
- Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate receipt of customer requirements via EDI.
- Guarantee the reliability and recording of customer requirements in the SAP system.
- Responsible for guaranteeing Performance and Delivery Rating with each client according to objectives.
- Supervise EDI personnel to meet shipping objectives.
- Responsible for reporting customer service performance indicators on compliance and delivery claims.
- Report potential and real risks of customer impact to area management.
- Administer various customer supply systems.
- Preparation of the shipping program and compliance.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced English.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain and similar positions in the automotive industry.
- Availability to work outside of regular hours.
- SAP desirable.
- Adaptability, teamwork, customer focus, and proactivity.
