Your role – customers enthuse, processes digitalize As Customer Service Specialist you are the first point of contact for our major customers. You support with inquiries (also in English and French) and provide solutions to their problems. You work closely with our sales team to ensure that customer needs are met. Your tasks include: • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email or in person • Providing product information and answering questions about our coatings • Identifying and resolving customer complaints • Collaborating with the sales team to develop customized solutions for customers • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions • Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and technologies.
