Customer Service Specialist (all genders) - Sales Support

You'll be driving a lot:

• You ensure the quality and up-to-dateness of our customer master data, thus laying the foundation for customer-oriented and smooth order processing.
• Your tasks include creating and managing framework and bonus contracts according to specifications, thereby promoting successful cooperation with our partners.
• You support internal teams in processing bonus payments from contracts and statutory claims, ensuring that all requirements are reliably implemented.
• You create sales evaluations, reports, and trend analyses based on your affinity for numbers and data, serving as a basis for strategic decisions.
• You like to get to the bottom of things: cause analyses and creative solution finding are part of your daily routine - in teams and independently.
• In projects, you bring fresh ideas and drive the sustainable optimization of processes forward.
• Processing doctor's sample orders while adhering to legal regulations is also part of your daily tasks.
• You work closely with various departments and our international business partners.
