CUSTOMER SERVICE SENIOR

Relizont Azienda Cliente with headquarters in Borgoricco (PD), with over 150 employees, operating in the professional kitchen sector for over 40 years, has entrusted us with the task of identifying a Person interested in taking on the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE SENIOR, to be hired directly on an indefinite-term contract. Work location: Borgoricco (PD) The CUSTOMER SERVICE SENIOR role involves managing customer service, caring for pre- and post-sales activities for national and international customers. In particular, it will involve: - offering information on products/services and support in choosing the most suitable solutions; - following orders and ensuring correct execution, interfacing with internal departments; - taking care of post-sales service, handling any returns, complaints, and technical assistance; - monitoring customer satisfaction. To take on this role, it is necessary: - to have a diploma in electrical/mechanical/thermotechnic engineering; - to have gained experience of at least 3 years in the same position; - to be available full-time, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday; - excellent knowledge of the English language; - excellent knowledge of the Office package; - desirable knowledge of ERP software; - availability to perform short trips in Italy for exhibition setup. The contractual framework provides: - employee classification; - level C3 CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria; - remuneration commensurate with experience and skills already acquired.
