Hiring: Customer Service & Sales Specialist (Hospitality) Location: Mumbai (Office-based) Brand: Tuli Orchid Resort, Pench National Park We’re looking for someone who can handle enquiries AND close bookings — not just respond. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years experience in hospitality / travel sales who understands customer intent and knows how to convert interest into confirmed reservations. What You’ll Do - Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram & email - Understand customer needs and preferences - Provide personalized solutions to meet customer requirements - Convert interest into confirmed bookings - Maintain accurate records of all interactions - Ensure timely follow-ups with customers - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets - Stay updated on product offerings and promotions - Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Meet or exceed monthly targets - Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge - Demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
