Customer Service Representatives - Evening/Night Shift

E-Work e-work Spa, Milan office, seeks a company that offers contact center assistance in outsourcing, Customer Service representatives dedicated to Emergency Services, Facility Management, Availability and Emergencies. Expected activities: - Manage phone requests for intervention. - Provide information on public services such as sanitation, urban decor, and environment. Required qualifications: - Excellent command of the Italian language and written and spoken English - Good familiarity with a PC. - Ability to write quickly. - Use of management applications or software. - Previous experience in customer service is welcome, but also considered are candidates with different backgrounds. - Availability for work on shifts from Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7) in the time frame: 7:00 - 24:00. Offered: - Fixed-term contract for 4-6 months with a prospect of indefinite employment. - CCNL Telecomunications, Level 3.
