About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice our customers turn to for answers, solutions, and support. You’ll work in our state-of-the-art Head Office in East Tamaki, providing top-tier service to both internal and external customers.

You don’t need prior contact centre experience to excel in this role - we value your passion for customer service, and we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed. With a dedicated Trainer and supportive Team Supervisors by your side, you’ll be well-prepared to handle any challenge.
