As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for: • Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails and other communication channels. • Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers. • Collaborating with other teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
