Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant – TLB Medicals

TLB Medicals is a MedCo Accredited Medical Reporting Organisation with over 10 years of experience delivering high-quality medical reports to clients across the UK. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining office systems, including accurate data management, filing, and record keeping.
  • Managing incoming calls, enquiries, and requests; handling communications efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinating and booking appointments, managing diaries, and ensuring smooth scheduling for medical experts and clients.
  • Acting as a first point of contact, liaising with solicitors, clients, and colleagues to ensure queries are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Upholding confidentiality and compliance with company and MedCo guidelines at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English with a professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude.
