Customer Service Representative

Tekapo Springs is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a permanent position, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available based on the applicant's availability and suitability. You will be our customer's first point of contact with the smile, energy and the know how to start their visit off in true Tekapo Springs fashion. The successful candidate will work full-time, including weekends and occasional evenings. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our products and services, and provide recommendations to customers based on their needs.
