Customer Service Representative

For our customer, a medium-sized industrial company in Oelde, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative on a full-time basis. We offer you: Direct entry into an unlimited employment contract
Earnings from €36,000 per year

Your tasks: Independent processing of service orders, complaints, and returns
Telephone and written customer service 
Management of service deployments
Creation of offers, recording of orders, and creation of deliveries and credits
Close cooperation with sales, logistics, and production
General administrative tasks in the internal office
Our expectations from you: Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field, e.g. industrial clerk, wholesale and retail clerk or comparable qualification
First work experience in customer service is advantageous
Secure handling of MS-Office and knowledge of working with an ERP system
