About the Role Reporting to the Branch Manager, as a key member of our Dunedin branch, you’ll be involved in both front counter service and stores operations. This role is all about providing exceptional customer experiences, answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring our customers leave with a smile on their face. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and performing administrative tasks.
